This certification, issued by the OmniAir Consortium, the leading industry association promoting interoperability for connected vehicles and intelligent transportation systems (ITS), validates the device’s conformance to industry standards and specifications.
The ITS-RS4 is a powerful smart intersection platform with edge computing and integration with roadside sensors, cameras and traffic light controllers, combined with a variety of connectivity options that make the ITS-RS4 a truly versatile digital roadside equipment for Emergency Vehicle Preemption, Transit Signal Priority and Vulnerable Road User safety. The ITS-RS4 has C-V2X for real-time communication between traffic participants and the infrastructure, and customers can also leverage cellular and Bluetooth connectivity.
