Connected and Autonomous vehicle (CAV) fleets are already roaming streets in many pilot projects around the world, and an abundance of automated vehicles will appear in the next decade. Commsignia is an enabler of such projects. Vehicles equipped with V2X onboard units can share sensor data with each other to increase safety and coordinate automated maneuvers which would otherwise be impossible. Self-driving vehicles can also benefit from smart infrastructure deployed by cities and road operators allowing their on-board artificial intelligence to make the best possible decisions based on multiple data sources.
