Location

  • We are a global company, our headquarters is in Santa Clara, California, and our R&D Center is located in Budapest, Hungary, where you are likely to work if you are applying for a tech position. We have a very well located office in the Science Park, close to the universities, trams, buses and Bubi stations, with great lunch-sourcing options in the nearby, and a nice environment around that’s also perfect for walking meetings or a refreshing walk.

Sales Operations Manager

Commsignia is a leading software and hardware provider in the emerging Vehicle-to-Vehicle and Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2X) communication market. We actively participate in research and standardization activities of the industry as well, contributing to the shaping of this technology that we passionately believe in, through which transportation can become safer, more efficient, and more sustainable.


We are looking for someone who can think independently, translate direction to processes and procedures, and meet deadlines within a sales team. They also take ownership to accomplish new and different requests; explore operational optimization opportunities and come up with new proposals to add value to the job. They have self-starter and result-oriented attitudes.


Responsibilities:
•    Supports the team to achieve business goals and sales targets, keeps the team in focus
•    Assists with the coordination and execution of sales forecasting, business planning, and contract management used within the sales organization
•    Assists the sales team with strong support on sales tools
•    Utilize tools and technology to ensure that the sales teams have the right information at the right time to process customers through the selling cycle
•    Manages and supports accurate administration of sales-related tools and reports
•    Bridges the time zone and geo-location differences
•    Prepares the Business Unit reports 
•    Optimizes processes, creates necessary training materials, facilitates continuous improvement
•    Handles and distributes customer inquiries efficiently and thoroughly
•    Assists the Chief Commercial Officer and represents him when necessary
•    Monitors and manages the efficiency of daily processes between departments
•    Maintains operative cross-department relationships
•    Ensures all the support needed for the team to deliver all agreed KPI


Requirements:
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 
•    Mainly sales operative/project management background
•    Reporting knowledge
•    Able to manage the sales team’s daily operations successfully and accurately


Nice to have:
•    Salesforce knowledge
•    Strong knowledge in Excel
